The Google Cloud Technical Residency Program is an accelerated development program that bridges the gap between what students learn in University and skills they need to be successful in customer-facing technical roles within Google Cloud. The program is twelve months in length including 3 months of intensive technical and professional skills training, followed by nine months of on-the-job rotational experience across three organizations. The Google Cloud Technical Residency Program earned a Gold Award for Best Results of a Learning Program in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
