Syneos Health has implemented three different Mentoring programs: Traditional, Reverse and One-to-Many. All programs have been designed to enable and promote global mutual learning partnerships within the organization.
Traditional and Reverse Mentoring programs were piloted in 2021, doubled in size in 2022 and expanded it even further in 2023 to 1000 user licenses. The Traditional Mentoring Program helps Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) members to connect and learn from leaders across organization. The Reverse Mentoring Program helps Leaders gain new perspectives and ideas from early career employees of different ethnicity, geography, business unit and gender.
The One-to-Many program is supported by senior executives for high potential First Line Manager. The objective is to optimize executive Mentor’s time and reach to as many Mentees as possible.
