Through Going Purple, Evonik’s Onboarding Framework, the goal, guiding principles and core elements for onboarding were defined to set a new hire to success by providing the toolbox to jumpstart productivity and supporting their journey into total integration into Evonik. Using technology as catalyst and an agile Design Thinking methodology approach to development, the Onboarding Team developed and launched several initiatives successfully in 2020. Evonik Industries AG earned a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative HR Program in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
