“Management Fundamentals” is a global leadership development program designed with the help of InspireOne to inspire Colt Technology Services’ diverse management population, reigniting their engagement in skills development while setting bespoke Colt management practices and building management capability. To date, 778 out of 800 leaders have participated and Colt has already seen a significant uplift in internal mobility, Manager Capability and Employee Engagement. Colt Technology Services and InspireOne were honored with a Silver Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
