FCA Women’s Leadership Experience Sees More Females Earn Promotions (2020 Case Study)
The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and Fiat Chrysler Automotive’s Women’s Leadership Experience is a nine-month career-development journey that addresses the needs of early-to-mid career women to develop the skills and experiences needed to energize their careers. Since the inception of this program, the retention rate for both 2018 and 2019 has been 92%. Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) and the Center for Creative Leadership earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development for Women in the 2020 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
