To guarantee an easy user experience for managers, BTS and Grifols built an online portal, which was used as the common space for all of them and their journey. Thus, a digital journey platform managed the whole journey (except for the virtual workshops), which allowed participants to access content and on-the-job activities at their convenience, anytime and anywhere, on their own devices and from the company’s system. Grifols and BTS were honored with a Gold Award for Best Advance in Measuring the Impact of Leadership Development in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
