SLK Software’s SLK Women in Leadership: Best Advance in LD for Women (Case Study)
SLK WIL is a program focusing on the development of women for leadership roles through training, coaching and mentoring. The program started with a target of ensuring that at least 25% of these women moved to higher roles or picked up greater responsibility and expanded their portfolios. The result, however, was overwhelming. The women, once the initial inhibition was managed, became aggressive with their career aspirations.
