CWS partnered with Minaya Learning Global Solutions to redesign their instructor-led training curriculum to a blended learning solution, leveraging self-paced microlearning to teach foundational skills; reserving instructor resources for applied learning and competency assessment in the school environment. Creative World Schools and Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2020 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
