DC Institute’s Associate Development Program Successfully Uses Agile, Traditional Methodologies (2020 Case Study)
DC Institute implemented a program that provides new dentists with the knowledge necessary to effectively treat patients and work in a dental practice as an associate. The team used both traditional and agile methodology in designing the solutions, relying on a blend of various learning approaches and technologies, including self-paced eLearning, mentorship, virtual classroom and social collaboration. DC Institute earned a Gold Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2020 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
