DC Institute’s Measurable Video-based Endodontic Program Boosts Dentists’ Confidence (2021 Case Study)
In response to the growing need for a comprehensive education for dentists on endodontic procedures, and limited opportunity to learn in-person due to COVID-19 pandemic, DC Institute has designed and developed a video-based endodontic program. This program provides dentists with an opportunity to learn each step of the endodontic treatment on their computer or mobile device. Comprehensive approach to measuring the effectiveness of this learning solution allowed to track the skill level of dentists, their confidence as well as business impact on the performance of dental practice. DC Institute was honored with a Silver Award for Best Use of Video in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
