Deloitte’s ActionBot Innovates Learning in the Flow of Work (2022 Case Study)
Deloitte implemented ActionBot, a learning technology which provides on-demand, in-the-moment answers to users’ questions and points users to learning resources for more information. By embedding directly in the recently launched audit software platform, a digital subject matter resource was created, giving auditors access to information on how to use the platform while completing their audit tasks in the flow of everyday work. Deloitte LLP was honored with a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
