To increase the motivation and engagement of employees and transfer excellent service standards of Divan Turizm Isletmeleri A.S. to new generations, a cultural transformation project was implemented to strengthen feedback and recognition culture at the company. At the end of the project, the Learning team developed for this purpose reached measurable success in this cultural transformation and created additional value for the company in terms of talent development and being a learning organization. Divan Turizm Isletmeleri A.S. was honored with a Gold Award for Best Learning Team in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
