Enerjisa’ Customer and User Experience Project Increases Customer Satisfaction and Retention (Tech Review)
Enerjisa Enerji, Turkey’s leading electricity distribution and retail company, launched a refactored version of its mobile application aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and digital experience. The user-friendly application offers innovative features such as energy consumption tracking, neighborhood comparisons, energy-saving recommendations, and streamlined problem reporting.
The project, developed using Agile Scrum Methodology by an in-house team, resulted in improved app store ratings, doubled monthly downloads, and expanded digital transaction opportunities for Enerjisa’s 10.6 million customers across 14 provinces.
Enerjisa Enerji won Bronze for Best Advance in Business Strategy and Technology Innovation in the 2023 Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence in Technology Awards®.
