Evonik School of Marketing’s Revamped Learning Journey Meets Needs for All Regions (2021 Case Study)
Since the beginning of 2020, the Advanced course of the Evonik School of Marketing is a blended learning journey based on the Evonik learning platform LILY (Evonik‘s Learning and Individualized LibrarY). The course enables Evonik marketers and employees in adjacent functions to learn relevant marketing practices according to their needs — by combining webinars® with online self-study, working in learning groups and two 2-day modules in form of classroom sessions. Due to COVID-19 these modules were successfully transferred into virtual sessions via MS Teams during spring 2020. Evonik Industries AG earned a Bronze Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
