Stacey joined Eastman to lead the enterprise’s Learning and Leadership Development function in the fall of 2016. She works with organizational leaders and teams to analyze business objectives and align organization development strategies and espoused values to accelerate performance and success. She also advises the company’s Latinx employee resource group and leads the global cadre of senior coaches who are strategically leveraged to support talent development and change initiatives across the enterprise. In 2022, she won the Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Best Learning Program for Unconscious Bias.

Prior to Eastman and after a 12-year career in health care as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Stacey joined Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Willis Towers Watson) where she designed and implemented flagship global programming to fast-track consulting skills in early career associates and the enterprise onboarding programming which received the Silver Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators.

In 2010, she joined Cargill where she led the (re)design and implementation of Leadership in Largescale Change in support of operating model changes necessitated by the implementation of SAP. She was also accountable for elevating the impact of programming within Cargill’s High Performance Leadership Academy. Her “Leading in Complexity” program received the Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development in 2016.

Stacey and her husband Dean have two grown children and enjoy time together with family, hiking, cooking and relaxing on their boat.
