Garney Construction’s Online Training Program Builds a Learning Culture Beyond Expectations (2019 Case Study)
Garney Construction implemented GarneyU, an online learning program to overcome challenges with training, and in the process built a learning culture beyond expectation through its partnership with BizLibrary. In under four years, Garney’s employee development team has grown from one member to eight — testifying to the fact that Garney makes learning and development a top organizational priority. Garney is nearing its goal of 100% monthly assignment completion by the end of 2019. For GarneyU, Garney Construction and BizLibrary earned a Bronze Award for Best Use of Video in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
