Guest: Krishna Kumar Palappetty, Chief Learning Evangelist, Tesseract Learning Krishna Kumar Palappetty (In his own words) “Prior to Tesseract, spanning close to 14.6 years in total, I was with the BPO industry in Convergys (Now Concentrix) supporting Microsoft Programs. I was then in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space in a product company MetricStream, where I traveled the world, leading the training division and delivering functional, technical, and business know-how using state-of-the-art solutions for global giants across a plethora of industries and verticals. I have also spent a few months each with a California-based engineering and architecture services company, Design Everest, and a Vancouver-based recruitment company, DestinationOne. I have known Tesseract for over 4 years, but I joined in this exciting role in February this year. My job is unique, fun, and challenging. I need to know how to keep it short at times and be outrageously expressive in imagination. Sometimes it’s about outlining the business strategy and goals for Tesseract, working with Suresh, the CEO, at times it is about supporting the learning blueprint working with Partha, the Instructional Design Head, then again, it’s contributing to our solutions and products with some agile feedback as I talk to Hari, the Head of Product Development. To add value for any business, to build a journey that will take them well into 5-10 years ahead is what I strive to do. In simple words, I make a non-believer a believer, in terms of our learning repertoire, products, services, and solutions.
