SAGE Publishing Ends Q1 20% Ahead of Previous Year, Credits New Extreme Productivity Challenge (2019 Case Study)

After missing its sales targets in 2017, SAGE Publishing noticed it was continuing down the same path by mid-2018. As a result, SAGE partnered with RAIN Group to run the unique Extreme Productivity Challenge (XPC) sales training program that included a pre-work assessment, live training, and reinforcement through coaching, XPC eLearning, and RAIN Mail (XPC content reminders, tips, and interactive scenarios delivered via email or mobile app). This unique program drove accountability, changed behaviors and habits and resulted in significant gains in customer engagement and revenues. For their Extreme Productivity Challenge, SAGE Publishing and RAIN Group received a Bronze Award for Best or Innovative Sales Training Program in 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
