Siemens AG’s global learning program, “Applying digitalization to our business,” is a training where tech experts share insights on digital technologies with participants and business coaches help with methodologies to translate these into new business models. The format was in-person training and an equivalent eLearning. This was rolled out for Siemens globally as part of the company priority “make digitalization work.” Siemens AG won a Bronze Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
