Skyline Group’s C4X is a scalable digital coaching platform that is composed of three products: Coaching Scaled (CS), an online coaching solution that combines proprietary content and methodology with 1:1 coaching; Executive Coaching Scaled (ECX), which transforms traditional executive coaching into a more scalable measurable and ROI driven solution; and Skyline 360 assessment, integrated as part of both ECX and CS products, as well as sold as an stand-alone product. The 360° views allow for comparison ratings, which result in a faster and more accurate assessment. Skyline Group Intl. earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Unique Learning Tools in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
