Solutions Academy prepares VMware’s field sales and partners to address customer business issues and growth. The academy consists of Solutions Essentials, which is a framework of short (3-5 minute) micro-learning modules that provide applicable and sales-oriented foundational knowledge about the VMware Solutions Portfolio, and thee Solutions Conversations Workshop, an interactive and immersive opportunity to apply and demonstrate a set of core sales capabilities focused on our Solutions portfolio via coaching and “real-world” customer scenarios. VMware and Youd-Andrews were honored with a Bronze Award for Best Program for Sales Training and Performance in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
