In 2020, the Tüpraş Leadership Academy was established in partnership with K2C to develop leaders in both management skills and competencies in line and to advance the leadership culture in Tüpraş. Tüpraş Leadership Academy is planned as asynchronous and blended in accordance with the individual time schedule, to minimize the difficulties brought by the working order in the refinery sector. Tüpraş and K2C were honored with a Silver Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
