ZS’s Path 2 Principal (P2P) program demonstrates excellence in women’s leadership development through a comprehensive six-month journey combining personalized coaching, hands-on projects, and strategic skill building.
The program has empowered over 45 senior women managers, achieved a 22% increase in women’s leadership representation, and generated $250K+ in bottom-line impact through participant-led projects. Key elements include a “3R” approach (Resonance, Rhythm & Reinforce), champion-led mentoring, and real-world project application. The program’s success has led to its planned global expansion and the launch of EMPOWHER for emerging women leaders.
