After experiencing hyper-growth in sales of its recruiting and onboarding platform, Greenhouse Software needed to enhance its own candidate experience. To improve, Greenhouse leaders leveraged existing data, increased the volume of data, and ran an analysis of what was working and where the company could do better. Actionable changes led to a 5% increase in offer acceptance rates in 2016. This innovation earned Greenhouse a Bronze Award for Best Candidate Experience in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
