Learning is supported by internal experts and external content providers. Partners include CrossKnowledge, Coursera, and other large learning institutions. L’Oréal earned a Bronze Award for Best Strategy for a Corporate Learning University in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
