LMS Consolidation Aids Compliance Reporting for Australian Health System (2017 Case Study)

With 15 LMSs in 31 local health districts, the New South Wales Health System had difficulty pulling together compliance-training reports for regulatory purposes. So NSWS partnered with Seertech Solutions for an LMS consolidation that could provide both an overall summary of training progress and tailored reports for districts. The project team worked with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, provided useful visualizations of data for analysis, and ensured that dashboards could load in less than two minutes. As a result, NSWS saved $900,000 in LMS costs and $10,000 in preparation time for reports. NSWH earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Measurement in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
