With Absorb’s enhanced LMS, companies save time and money when delivering courses to external audiences, including partners and customers. For 2017, Absorb experts made three major updates and created new offerings to heighten learner experience, improve social features and gamification, and give admins the power to easily configure the front-end. In addition, Absorb’s new Business Intelligence module offers detailed reports so clients can gather actionable insights. For customers using Salesforce, the Absorb team developed a native Salesforce app to bring Absorb LMS directly inside Salesforce. Absorb’s innovations earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
