Allianz SE and TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation created a web-based learning platform called the Inclusive Meritocracy Virtual Classroom, or IMVC. The content was developed in a fully collaborative way to ensure global consistency and local relevance with the goal of providing a learning opportunity that would enable each and every employee to not only develop an understanding of the company strategy but also take concrete action items to drive the cultural shift. Allianz SE and TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation were honored with a Gold Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
