Allied Irish Banks Staff Embrace ‘Living with Dementia’ Course (2018 Case Study)
In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, the “Living with Dementia” course was developed to build awareness across Allied Irish Bank. The course talks about understanding dementia, supporting and communicating with customers with dementia and identifying available specialist support. Three videos were used in this course and each of these videos links back to the terminal objectives of the course, for which Allied Irish Bank was honored with a Gold Award for Best Use of Video in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
