The launch of Amer Sports Knowledge (ASK) was a brave and innovative step for the company’s sales community. It marked a move from a system where training was delivered differently in each country— often with outdated, inconsistent and inefficient methods — to a new and more organized approach embracing eLearning tools. In the process, Amer Sports not only succeeded in building a great learning portal, but also established a new culture of and attitude to learning and people development within the community. Amer Sports won a Gold Award for Best Strategy for a Corporate Learning University in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
