American Management Association Sees Fast Growth in Women’s Leadership Center (2018 Case Study)
The American Management Association has recently developed a Women’s Leadership Center that supports women in the workplace through skill building and community to advance their careers as future leaders in their respective organization. The Women’s Leadership Center has seen fast growth in membership with over 700 members in a seven-month period. The American Management Association won a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Women Leadership Development in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards
