Leadership in Training (L.I.T) is a Certification Program and a proprietary design of Aquilar Strategic Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., administered to the entire base of 40 Regional Training Managers (RTMs) of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPVL), designed to transform them from “trainers” into “performance coaches”. Thus, being more aligned with the assigned dealerships, and conducting impactful training that translates into application on-the-job by the dealership frontline staff.
The RTM transformation happened at three levels: Intention, Knowledge And Skill. This certification design, fully owned by Aquilar Strategic Services, has been delivered across six industries and several geographies. Each client’s intervention is deeply customized after a detailed business and people diagnostics. L.I.T has a proven track record of impacting trainer productivity, effectiveness and confidence across every batch.
