Aviation Institute of Maintenance Learning Program Delivers Consistent FAA Pass Rates (2018 Case Study)
Despite high graduation rates, students at several Aviation Institute of Maintenance campuses were demonstrating lower-than-average pass rates on the FAA certification exams and increased reluctance to sit for the exams. As a result, low pass rates were jeopardizing AIM’s FAA accreditation. AIM partnered with Fulcrum Labs to develop a learning program that would give its students the skills and confidence needed to sit for critical FAA certification exams. By providing tools that enhance the learner experience, build mastery and confidence and deliver consistent pass rates, AIM also is differentiating itself in the marketplace. Aviation Institute of Maintenance won a Gold Award for Best Results of a Learning Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
