In 2021, Baker Hughes launched its first fully self-directed social community and knowledge sharing experience, named CORE, focused on the 4 Baker Hughes values of Lead, Care, Grow, and Collaborate. With limited resources, the community was a success but required another solution to scale, sustain, and provide a better user experience. Baker Hughes implemented NovoEd to support several unique elements of this community-based virtual learning experience.
