In 2021, Baker Hughes launched its first fully self-directed social community and knowledge sharing experience, named CORE, focused on the 4 Baker Hughes values of Lead, Care, Grow, and Collaborate. With limited resources, the community was a success but required another solution to scale, sustain, and provide a better user experience. Baker Hughes implemented NovoEd to support several unique elements of this community- based virtual learning experience, also launching an additional community targeted to people leaders named JOURNEY.
Baker Hughes and NovoEd won Gold for Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders in the 2023 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®.
