Bayer AG evolved its training program, SkillCamp, into a performance-support system with a “customer centric” goal and a mandate to create globally-binding marketing and sales standards across headquarters, regions, and 120+ countries. The SkillCamp team, collaborating with MTAC and KnowHow, created the 12-Step Go-to-Market Approach using blended learning, videos, and tools to teach commercial excellence. The initiative earned Bayer AG a Gold Award for Best Use of Performance Support in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
