Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) addressed the challenge of managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) care by identifying an opportunity to engage both patients and care providers with custom, on-demand learning and condition management designed in conjunction with COPD patients. The multi-pronged approach caters to learning needs specific to each audience for synergistic improvement in several key areas of preventative care, maintenance and response to symptoms. This innovation earned BSWH a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Technology Awards.
