The #BeBNYMellon marketing and employer branding campaign was launched in 2017 to connect with early career high-potential talent. The goal of the campaign was to encourage university students to consider BNY Mellon during their internship or full-time position search. The campaign resulted in high-impact outcomes, including outstanding social media reach results, careers page activity increase, on-campus ranking improvement and external recognition. BNY Mellon won a Bronze Award for Best Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
