Birgi Mefar Group Equips Talent Pool with Leadership Skills (2022 Case Study)
Birgi Mefar Group’s goal was to create a “Talent Pool” consisting of employees that have leadership qualifications, high performance and high potential and add value to the organization with their knowledge, skills and experience. Thanks to the FutureLAB project; 38 employees formed the talent pool by using the inventory applied. Birgi Mefar Group was honored with a Silver Award for Best Advance in Creating a Talent Management Strategy in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
