BizLibrary Adds Learning “Boosts” To Reinforce Training (Tech Review)

BizLibrary, well known for its online training library with thousands of courses and videos, made it easier for employees to retain new knowledge by creating post-training “boosts.” Boosts arrive via email in the days and weeks following completion of a lesson and include quizzes, surveys, polls, and reflective questions. Inside BizLibrary’s learning portal, admins can access data showing participation and mastery of the skill or concept. In addition, the BizLibrary team added curated learning paths and advanced playlists so users can organize and even share learning experiences. These innovations earned BizLibrary a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
