This performance improvement effort applied a holistic, systematic, ever increasing growth and development strategy to promote top of industry workforce development. The project remains iterative and continues to evolve through periodic evaluation and data analysis. Since implementation morale improved, performance soared, workforce turnover reduced, and headcount increased by 16% across the Company as the data reflects.
