CA’s coaching development program, CA Spark, is a five-week, blended learning, social, virtual program experience that provides the foundation, framework, tools and practice to help build core coaching skills that can be applied back on the job through a mentoring discussion and resource center integrated to define and differentiate when and how to use each skill. It enables both managers and individual contributors to embody CA’s DNA principles and develop the skills to help others grow, drive change and adapt. For this innovation, CA Technologies won a Gold Award for Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
