Cadillac’s Interactive Learning Hub Boosts Dealer Sales Performance (2024 Case Study)
Cadillac partnered with Jack Morton Worldwide to develop an innovative interactive learning hub called Cadillac IQ, designed to enhance dealer sales performance and EV expertise. The platform combines gamified learning, bite-sized content, and social features to engage over 8,000 dealership employees across multiple countries.
Since its launch in 2022, the program has achieved over 191,000 total logins, 1 million asset completions, and a Net Promoter Score of 72. The platform has demonstrated measurable impact on sales performance, particularly for smaller dealerships, and has become crucial in Cadillac’s transition to an all-electric luxury brand.
