Capgemini University created a peer-to-peer social and collaborative platform designed to break down silos among employees throughout the 43 countries where Capgemini offers technology services. The software, called GARI for “Give and Receive to Improve,” saves delivery time on projects, increases speed of technology certifications, and improves the visibility of experts who answer questions and lead training sessions via the platform. This innovation earned Capgemini University a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Social Learning Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
