When it came to training service technicians for Carl Zeiss’ Industrial Metrology, the main challenge was the availability of capacities on the subject matter experts’ side regarding feedback loops and reviews. Due to the fact that the subject matter experts are highly involved in their jobs as trainers, there was a lack of time to support the development of the modules. Carl Zeiss’ eCademy offer of attractive and valuable learning content, as well as the barrier-free, easy-to-use learning suite, helped achieve the goal that it set out to accomplish — to globally provide high-quality training, increase knowledge and train skills. Thanks to the cooperation, training climbed to a new level of professionalism and competency.
