China Minsheng Bank’s Customer-Centric Wealth Manager Program Sees Real Results (2018 Case Study)
Experiencing increasing competition in China’s financial market, China Minsheng Bank needed to make a shift to becoming more agile and customer-centric. In partnership with BTS, Minsheng created the Wealth Manager Program to train its front-line retail banking wealth managers on the behaviors, sales acumen and sales requirements necessary for success. Through the use of a customized business simulation and role-playing, the Wealth Manager Program allowed Minsheng’s wealth managers to develop the skills they needed, resulting in impressive business results for the bank. China Minsheng Bank won a Bronze Award for Best Program for Sales Training and Performance in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
