Targeted at over 200,000 employees of Cognizant, the objective of the DE Enable program was to improve the quality of products developed by Cognizant through delivery excellence. The blended approach included communication mailers, videos, custom games and social elements. Cognizant won a Silver Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
