Learning measurement has always been a challenge for “behavioral/leadership” learning programs. The global leadership development (GLD) team at Cognizant did comprehensive research to tackle this particular problem and arrived at one framework that helped the team measure the program impact. This framework was deployed across all learning programs within the GLD team. It has helped the team discover interesting patterns, anecdotes and in-depth insight. For this innovation, Cognizant was honored with a Gold Award for Best Advance in Learning Measurement in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
