Cognizant created an immersive digital roadmap on unconscious bias in the workplace that helps learners understand the concept of bias, to spot how it impacts interactions and enables them to avoid bias from coloring perception and actions. Cognizant’s Unconscious Bias at Work uses a variety of interventions embedded in the larger program, including live videos that simulated real-life business contexts, expert speakers and practical micro-tips. Cognizant won a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
