Conduent’s Learner Platform Provides Self-Directed Training (Tech Review)

In 2017, Xerox Corporation split into two companies: Xerox and Conduent. This created many systems separation tasks. For Conduent, one task included learner data migration of 95,000 employees to its new platform, Knowledge Connection. This multi-tenant SaaS cloud-based LCMS platform provides access to, and supports, delivery/management of customizable, blended, and self-directed education. This migration was completed within 12 months, included course completion records for 106,000 active employees, historical records for 98,000 termed employees, and re-creation of over 50 course assignment rules for its global employee base. Conduent earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Technology Awards.
